Delivery + Returns – Sunshine Living Tile and Stone

Delivery Information
We’re committed to getting your unique tiles and stone to you quickly, affordably, and securely. Once you place an order, we typically process and ship it within 72 hours.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $50. Expected arrival within 2-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose express shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may ship separately based on stock availability to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within our local area to support local builders and renovators. If you have any questions about delivery locations, reach out to us at crystal@sunshineliving.com.au.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by the quality of every product. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products should be in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, including all tags and any specialty packaging.
  • Exclusions: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at crystal@sunshineliving.com.au with your order number and a photo of the product(s) in their original condition. We’ll provide you with further instructions and process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that bundle pricing adjustments may apply if you’re returning part of a bundle.
